I continue to have Council and Staff conversations about building an indoor Soccer facility for our youth, why should we continue to have poor sports facilities on the east side of Palmdale? I say let’s have a “Best of the East” like we have on the west side, Traffic Safety issues around our schools is a must. The lack of sidewalk at Los Amigos east of 65 th Street East along Avenue R-8 is one of my priorities just like it was to provide a sidewalk along Hillcrest St. south of Avenue S towards Buena Vista. As your City Councilman, I will continue to work toward bringing new businesses to Palmdale by ensuring there is a master plan in place to make Palmdale even more attractive for business relocation and attractive to new families.
